As your dietitian nutrition coach, I'll be there to guide you along this transformative journey. I'll provide accountability, encouragement, and no bullsh*t nutrition recommendations that empower you to stop stressing about what you "should" or "shouldn't" eat. Finally ditch the short-term diets for good so you can ultimately lead a healthier life! 
During our time together, I will help:
  • build your nutrition knowledge base 
  • create lasting behavior change that serves you well in the long-run (NO crash diets or quick fixes)
  • improve the overall relationship you have with your food and how it affects your body 

...all while being your personal nutrition expert and accountability partner!

This means less anxiety and less stress about what to eat at social events, when traveling or on vacation, before and after the gym, or during the holidays. Working with me will help you learn how to adapt your eating habits and behaviors to feel well and nourished no matter what life throws at you.

You'll gain confidence in your eating behaviors and no longer worry about "falling off track". This also means you'll have more time and energy to be fully present in more important areas of your life (family, friends, work, faith, etc.). 
What's Included:
  • Years of nutrition expertise
    • ​I have over 5 years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist, but I have been studying nutrition for more than 10 years! I'm also a board certified specialist in oncology nutrition to support any goals you might have related to cancer risk reduction and/or survivorship.
    • With my expertise, you can trust the nutrition recommendations you're provided with are personalized, intentional, and science-based. 
  • A high level of accountability and support
    • You will have the option of weekly or bi-weekly sessions depending on what your goals are and what level of support you need to succeed.
    • Between our sessions, you'll also have access to me via direct messaging and email. It's as if I am your little "pocket dietitian" to help keep you accountable and provide professional guidance.
  • Access to education materials and other resources based on your needs
    • Over the years ​​I've collected a library of trusted resources for you including worksheets, recipes, meal planning tips, book recommendations, and more. Plus I can create other materials specifically for you!​
  • Access to a private Facebook Group for community and additional support beyond our 1:1 sessions ​​

*I do NOT currently bill my services through insurance. Nutrition coaching will only be provided via self-pay options.
